Journey To Become

How do you teach your children to have empathy for others? This is a huge problem especially for wealthy families who sometimes get disconnected from those in need. We created this film to help families learn from one family who have figured some things out the hard way.

What impressed me about filming this piece, is that we did an initial round of interviews where the cinematography was incredible, but when I got into the edit bay I realized it was all wrong. They were talking about being on a journey, but they were sitting in beautiful, comfortable settings. So I got permission to take them on some journeys including a fantastic humanitarian trip to Mexico.

Scott Wilhite produced, directed, and edited this piece.
