The Heber Valley Hospital made dramatic improvements to their ER capabilities and wanted to announce that with a bit of humor (I mean who wants to hear that someone has just made plans in case something bad happens to you?). The “First Timer” spot was on in the series of “We Hope You Don’t Need Us” sharable videos.

Also, the casting was spot on. These guys are the real thing.
